- At this time, we ship to Canadian residents only.
- Orders are shipped during business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.
- All sales are final. We do not allow for returns or exchanges. If there is a manufacturer's defect or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we'd be happy to help you.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- All shipping costs are quoted by Canada Post, however, GermAway.ca most often uses UPS to get your package delivered faster.
