Orders are shipped during business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.
All sales are final. We do not allow for returns or exchanges. If there is a manufacturer's defect or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we'd be happy to help you.

All shipping costs are quoted by Canada Post, however, GermAway.ca most often uses UPS to get your package delivered faster.
