Shipping + Return Policy

What you should know:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • orders ship via UPS, unless the order is palletized, the recipient's address is a PO Box or located in a remote area.
  • At this time, we ship to Canadian residents only.
  • Orders are shipped during business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. 
  • All sales are final. We do not allow for returns or exchanges. However, if there is a manufacturer's defect or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we'd be happy to help you! We stand by our products.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • All shipping costs are quoted by Canada Post, however, most often uses UPS to get your package delivered faster.
